Our staff welcomes your feedback anytime during your session so that you may have the highest quality experience during your visit to our Napa Spa.
spa hours Open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.
reservations To reserve an appointment, please contact ext. 2. If you wish to make an appointment outside of our office hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., please dial ext. 201. Due to the limited availability of appointment times, we highly recommend that you schedule your treatments in advance.
check-in Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first spa appointment. This will allow you time to change into your robe, and to enjoy our peaceful lounge and a refreshing beverage by the fireplace. You may also wish to browse our boutique, which offers a special array of natural body care products and gifts. To preserve Milliken Creek Spa's tranquil environment, we request that all cell phones and pagers be turned off. The spa and boutique are entirely non-smoking environments.
spa amenities We will offer you a robe, sandals, private locker, towels and bath amenities. Guests may also wear their in-room robes when walking to and from the spa, and we recommend you leave your jewelry in your room and remember to bring your key with you.
cancellations We observe a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment are billed at full rate. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please note that a rescheduling fee may apply.
gratuities Are not included in our fees and may be given at your discretion.
